    Pão de forma aromático - Álvaro Rodrigues

    Pão de fôrma aromático
    Culinarista: Alvaro Rodrigues

    Ingredientes:
     45g de fermento biológico para pão 
    1 colher (sopa) de açúcar 
    1 colher (sopa) de sal
    1 1/2 xícara (chá) de água filtrada e morna 
    1/2 xícara (chá) de óleo de milho 
    2 ovos grandes inteiros
    3 dentes de alho inteiros 
    1 cebola média picadinha 
    3 colheres (sopa) de queijo parmesão ralado fino 
    25g de manteiga sem sal
    750 a 800g de farinha de trigo

    Modo de Preparo:
     

     Dissolva o fermento com o açúcar e reserve. À parte, bata no liqüidificador o sal, a água, o óleo, os ovos, o alho, a cebola, o queijo parmesão e o fermento reservado até obter uma mistura bem homogênea, quando então, coloque numa tigela, junte a manteiga, a farinha de trigo aos poucos e amasse até obter uma massa lisa, macia, porém ainda um pouco grudenta. Espalhe a massa em fôrma própria (untada e enfarinhada), deixe crescer até dobrar de volume e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC e asse até que esteja dourado.
